It is officially Summer, and though it’s been a rainy season so far, the weather is warmer, and we are outside more.

This year the housing market has improved, and with it comes a renewed trust in it as a long term investment.
Stock values have also been improving, but because of the volatile market, real estate appears to be the better option for investing.
This, of course, varies among younger and older Americans, as well as different levels of household income, but cautious optimism was apparent in the Gallup poll conducted.
